Sometimes visual aids are a good guide.” Comment: “Would like a leg press and heavier dumb bells. (30’s, 40’s, 45’s, & 50’s)” Reply: “We are keeping this request and will try to invest in them as soon as funds allow and the committee approves it.” Comment: “Yoga.” Reply: “Yoga is an excellent exercise for improving your strength and balance. We do have a YOGA teacher now – Candace Davidson. As of June, 2017 her class is on Thursday nights, 8:00 p.m.”
